This space comfortably sleeps 4 with kitchenette, outdoor BBQ, and 1 bath You have access to the dock (you will walk down a steep switchback paved hill). The space has a keypad entry. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Situated near the northern tip of Lake Roosevelt, beach and boat access is a 5-minute drive away. Our cabin is conveniently located within walking distance of the community playground, convenience store and two eateries. A wonderful winery is just a six minute drive away! Beach bums, boaters, hunters and fisherman alike will delight in this little slice of heaven.

Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.

Beautiful 26 foot, 2022 Venture Stratus is parked on our private lot just five minutes from the Lincoln Mill boat launch. Our property overlooks Lake Roosevelt with expansive views of the mighty Columbia River. On any given day you can see Turkeys, Deer, Big Horn Sheep and Bald Eagles. Clean, comfortable bed, well-stocked with many amenities to include ice maker and gas fire place. Parking for truck and boat in front of the camper.
