Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Little Si is 1.5 miles away, Rattlesnake Lake is 6 miles, & Snoqualmie Valley Rail Trail is a 5 min drive. Skiing is just 20 minutes away at the Pass. Plenty of "Twin Peaks" film sites are within walking or short driving distance. Creekfront gazebo & firepit available for your enjoyment. Modern amenities & fast internet.

Kinglet Cottage - Bright and Sunny Lake View!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

A picturesque two-bedroom cottage approached by a secluded road sits on a hill with stunning views of rolling lawns and treetops to the east. You’ll wake to the sunrise light streaming through the tall picture windows in the romantic bedroom. The separate living room offers ample space to relax with a good book and enjoy tea and cake! The adorable second bedroom provides a special place for children to feel right at home, or a private spot to unwind.

Recreate, relax & rejuvenate at water’s edge on Lake Sammamish! Enjoy sunsets from the private dock, the deck or the hot tub at water-side. Kayak or swim in the lake. Run or walk the Sammamish trail from the back of the house. Mid-century modern meets lakeside living. Enjoy the peaceful and intimate connection to nature and wildlife. Gaze through the expansive glass from the living room, dining room and kitchen just mere feet from the water.

Fall asleep to the sound of gentle waves and wake to ocean life just outside your window. Watch for orca, eagles, otters, porpoises, herons, Kingfishers and more! The Trails End House is a 2 Bed 2 Bath 1950's high bank waterfront cottage. This is a getaway for those who wish to reset and relax while enjoying all that Whidbey Island has to offer. Sip on local drip coffee while gazing at 180 degree views of Mt Baker, the Cascades Mountain Range and Holmes Harbor frequented by Grey Whales. Walk to the Farm. Private beach access via a lush green trail. New mini split heat and AC just installed!

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
