Our GETAWAY-perfect place for relaxing and fun! It’s private but 1/2 mile to IGA and approx 1 mi to beautiful downtown Rangeley with great restaurants, bowling, arcade, darts and shuffleboard. Ltd access to snowmobile trails directly from the house. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from IGA (park across the st., or Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Walking distance to Pickford Pub and mins o Mtn Star Estate.

Winter guests will need a 4 wheel drive, vehicle to climb steep driveway. One of two Airbnb’s on property but plenty of privacy.

Black Bear Camp Flagstaff Lake

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this cozy cabin that was part of the Original Black Bear Camps in Eustis. Home sits on 6 acres of private land and direct waterfront access to beautiful Flagstaff lake. Walk down to the water and enjoy. Less than 20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain and hiking on the Appalachian Trail and Bigelow mountain range. Just a short ride to Rangeley Lakes and Saddleback Ski area. There is access to snowmobiling trails across the street

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

Activities include: cross country skiing, skate skiing, downhill skiing, skating and mountain biking, hiking, fishing and golfing.

Sugarloaf Ski House, 10 minutes to baselodge, shuttle on call, awesome views, near crosscountry trails, restaurants, Outdoor Center. In summer months, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Golf Course. Easy access to bike/ hiking trails, waterways, fishing. You can ski in and out from your vehicle from the ends of Lots E and F when the Bucksaw Quad is running. There's a ticket Kiosk at the base of the lift.

The Winter House

This is called the Winter house, it is our new home for winter time. Queen bedroom, living/ kitchen area fully stocked, grill, 2 kayaks new furniture, mattress and linens The Floor to Ceiling windows in the Great room are amazing with the beautiful view. Every room has a view of the Lake.
