Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. My place is close to the city center/CBD, opposite a beautiful park. There are theatres. museums, restaurants, public transport & bars within 5 minutes walk. You’ll love the place because it's a PRIVATE HOUSE in a quiet street, the Paddington of Perth, yet within walking distance of everything. It has its own free off-street parking for 1 car. A renovated traditional colonial cottage in a good neighbourhood with free WiFi. My place is ideal for couples, business travelers & families (with kids).

Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

On the outside it's a quaint cottage, inside it's Hollywood! Welcome to our private oasis, secure, safe, comfortable and close to the action. Just a short stroll to public transport, Como Hotel, and cute cafes. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Optus Stadium & Crown Casino, Vic Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin Uni, Perth City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Nestled in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, this delightful property offers a cozy and stylish sanctuary for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay without breaking the budget. The area is ultra-convenient, being within Perth City's free CAT bus zone and within the e-scooter riding zone and a short walk to Optus Stadium, cafes and restaurants and the city centre. There is a TV with Netflix.
