This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pool closes Sept 20th. Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for an extra fee.

The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
