We are happy to accomodate you in our new fully equipped flat in the city center. You have the access to SMART TV, WIFI and Netflix. The flat has been finished in Spt 2019 and it's situated 400m from main square. Around 60m from the flat you can find a beautiful park with gastronomical paradise. It's a perfect place for your holiday or business trip. For bigger groups there is a possibility to use another two apartments at the same floor. In case of longer stays we can offer individual discount.

La Bohème apartment

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

Apartmán WEST o rozloze 25m2 se nachází v 1. patře cihlového domu v centru KV s výhledem do zahrady. Byt je klidný, vzdušný s vysokými stropy. Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Vzdálenosti k orientačním bodům ve městě: 750 m Muzeum Jan Becher, 50 m Penny Market, 450 m autobusový terminál směr Praha 60 m zastávka MHD. Parkování ZDARMA za rohem.

Apartma Olga

The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

Natur pur im Fichtelgebirge

Unsere Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, in nur wenigen Schritten ist man in der Natur. Sie ist optimal geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder. Der große Garten mit einem Bach ist ideal für Kinder. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Loipen und das Biathlon Stadion mit Skiroller Bahn und Skilift, Schlittenhang, MTB Trails und Wanderwege. Am Fichtelsee ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Genießen Sie die herrlich idyllische Gegend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlsbad, Eger, Waldsassen und vielen weitern attraktiven Zielen in der Gegend. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter dem Dach. Im Bad befindet sich eine Schräge ,was für große Personen etwas hinderlich sein könnte.Das Duschen ist nur im Sitzen in der Badewanne bequem,durch die Dachschräge.
