This is a spacious 3/2 home. The backyard is set up for gatherings with outdoor grilling and eating in screened in lanai. Kitchen and bathroom essentials, 3- smart TV’s, washer/dryer and Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen: cookware, micro, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc. Central AC/heat. Clean & comfortable.

Spring house

Clear water springs on coastal river provide family kayaking, snorkeling/swimming, manatee/dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping & exploring. Golfing, restaurants & groceries close. Cosy, waterfront rustic cabin/woodsy setting. Seven Sisters Springs are immediately in front yard: goggle/Youtube. Otters, owls, fish, water birds and other wildlife seen at times from yard. The springs and a good portion of river are clear except around heavy rains. Close to the Homosassa and Crystal rivers.

This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Chassahowitzka, a fishing village in Homosassa, Fl. Book one our local fishing guides, swim with the manatees, or rent kayaks from one of the local campgrounds on the water all less than two miles away! It is a very short paddle to 7 sisters springs. It’s a page right out of a fairy tale. In the colder months manatees are abundant and can be observed right from the local dock. Fishing is also permitted at the local dock where Mangrove Snapper and Bass are often caught along with other species.

We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.
