Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Dogs welcome, large enclosed garden. South-facing with fab sunsets from the decked area where you can sit out and have a BBQ. Large outdoor space with good walks from the doorstep.

We are dog friendly, with an enclosed dog run, dog shower, and woodland for them to explore. The town of Carmarthen is a 15 minute drive, and there are a wealth of castles, beaches and countryside walks.
