We provide all linens, but not beach towels. A/C throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with, pots and pans, place settings, glassware and things to grill with. We provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella. there is a H/C outdoor shower, community fire pit and your own gas grill and picnic table.

We are a 5 minute walk to private Manomet Beach which sits on a spectacular bluff.
