Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Beach House

This unique place has a style all its own. Sat on the sand dunes, with uninterrupted views of the sea and direct access to Greatstone Beach. This family and dog friendly contemporary passive cube is well positioned for attractions on the South Coast. Less than 100 metres from the sea at high tide, it’s ideal for kitesurfing, paddle boarding, land yachting, canoeing and jet skiing. In the evening, retire to the decking to BBQ freshly caught local fish and enjoy watching a spectacular sunset.

Dungeness Eco Beach Retreat with Sea Views

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

Family and pet friendly beach retreat in Camber Sands. 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 guests, one communal bathroom and 1 ensuite. The house is set in a dunescape garden just a few meters from the beach. Ideally located for a coastal holiday with friends. The house is architecturally eco friendly set over 3 floors with a fresh and modern decor. Being close to the beach Sandy Toes is perfect for guests who have their 4 legged friends in tow. Prospect Rise - a stylish home by the sea.

Relax and unwind, whilst exploring the arty bohemian Hastings seafront. Prospect Rise is less than 10 minutes' walk from the station and less than five minutes' walk from the sea front. The house dates from the 1850s and retains much of its early Victorian charm. If you like precise right-angled square boxes, then I'm afraid you're out of luck. Coupled with an architect designed interior of bold colours and patterns, it's the perfect location for a holiday by the sea.

Professionally cleaned for each stay. Its a 5 minute romp to the beach over the magnificent Camber sand dunes and a moments walk to a wonderful coffee shop by day, bar by night venue, fish & chip shop or the curry restaurant.
