A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Via je eigen ingang kom je in de knusse woonkamer met 3 zitsbank met hocker, eettafel met 4 stoelen, keuken en de badkamer. Boven is er een slaapruimte met wastafel, tweepersoonsbed (140 x 200) en een eenpersoonsbed (80 x 200). Ons huisje heeft een eigen terras met tafel en 4 stoelen en is voorzien van een zonnescherm.

Deze nieuwe studio voor 2 personen is voorzien van alle comfort die je tijdens vakantie zou willen. De locatie van de studio is het toppunt, direct aan het strand! Binnen 1 minuut staan uw tenen in het zand. Op loopafstand station en centrum. Er is kleine gemeenschappelijke buitenruimte met zithoek om lekker buiten te zitten.
