Welcome to our adorable seaside cottage built 120 years ago. A perfect place to enjoy the sound of nature, far away from busy Stockholm even though it´s only 45 minutes away. This is for those of you longing to get close to nature & back to basics on an Eco labeled island. Since the cottage is preserved like in the old days, you use the sea instead of a bathroom when washing. No toilet but a outhouse in the garden. Fancy a sunset swim on your own private beach? Then this is the place for you!

Det tar ungefär 10-15 minuter att ta sig in till centrala Stockholm, med kollektivtrafik via buss, båt eller promenad. A comfortable, light 2-room, apartment at Östermalm (Sthlms Beverly Hills), close to the city, subway, buses, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The is walking distance to city and green areas. Living room with a 40 inch SmartTV, fast WiFi (Netflix) and bedroom (kingsize bed) with a TV. In the big bright living room there are 2 couches and a big table. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. The building has an elevator. French balcony from the living room.

Stallet

Det lilla stallet som är från 1600 har omvandlats till en petit gästlägenhet. Här finns inte rinnande vatten men väl ett gammeldags charmigt litet kök med modern utrustning. Toaletten består av en modern förbränningstoalett. Dusch med varmvatten finns tillgängligt i en intilliggande byggnad. Gården ligger i en lugn ålderdomlig by omgiven av skog och åkermark, men med idylliska Mariefred och Gripsholms slott runt hörnet. På gården samsas man med hundar, katter, höns och bikupor.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

This three room apartment is only three stops from the Central station and on walking distance to a lot of nightlife, still situated on a quiet dead end road facing a green park. It has two small west facing balconys and lies on the 4th floor. There is one double bed, one singel bed, an thick extra mattress, a sofa that can be made up for a comfortabel singel bed and a cot for a baby if needed . Wireless internet, bed linen, towels and a first breakfast is included. Welcome!

Med en kopp nybryggt kaffe i handen ser du ut över den vackra, parkliknande tomten där det alltid finns något spännande att upptäcka. Med Mälarens glittrande vatten endast en kort promenad bort är det lätt att lockas till ett dopp vid Stockbybadet. Vi finns nära storstan men ändå på landet och med gångavstånd till såväl mataffär som ett härligt konditori stannar man gärna lite längre.
