Our home is located on the Olympic Peninsula, just steps from where the Duckabush River meets the Hood Canal. We have tried to create a cozy and rustic space for guests to relax in! The cabin is conveniently located near lots of hiking trails, and several public beaches. Prepare to be completely engulfed in nature, as the property is home to many interesting and rare plants and trees. Come sit in the hot tub, while bald eagles fly overhead, or head to a public beach and find a bounty of oysters!

Floor to near ceiling windows let you enjoy the waterfront, resident bald eagles, & otters from the comfort of the sofa. BBQ, & roast s’mores under cover at the gas grill & firepit on the deck, overlooking the private lagoon and Hood Canal. Nestled in the woods, it's a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle! Outdoor amenities abound, with a protected lagoon and bay, 5 paddleboards, a rowboat, pickleball court, as well as fire pits and charcoal grills at the beach and the lagoon too.

Recently updated to it's original splendor, it sits right on the shore with spectacular views looking south down the canal. This property has it all. Whether it is swimming, fishing or watching the local wildlife right from the deck or hiking, waterfalls and exploring everything the Olympic Peninsula has to offer within a short drive.

The newly built 1-BR/1-bath home is approximately 500 sq. ft. and includes a large deck w/ grill, spacious yard, and beautiful Hood Canal views from deck (no beach access). The home includes a queen bed, washer/dryer, TV w/ apps (no cable), and WiFi. Great getaway or base camp for hiking, Hood Canal views & oysters! Please read description and rules below.

With river views from every cabin this is the ultimate place to unwind with your own spa surrounded by nature. Besides a hot tub and sauna this property has an outside pergola with a fire table, bbq and wood fire pit. Perfect for those who enjoy peaceful days in woods and stargazing at night.

Relax at this peaceful beach getaway. Bring your paddle boards and head down the stairs to the water, or just enjoy the beautiful hood canal views from our deck. Under 10 miles north of Hama Hama, where you can pick up fresh local seafood and enjoy great cuisine. Close by to Lena Lake, Murhut Falls, Olympic National Park, Rocky Brook Falls, and many other attractions on the Hood Canal. We have three kayaks available (two single, one double) for guest use.

The Cottage at Wabi-Sabi

This private, cozy cottage is perched on a hillside offering mountain and pastoral views to the west, with a private, custom waterfall bath and queen bed. There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves. This is a peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). National Forest and Park trails are ten minutes away.

Olympic National Park /Brinnon Waterfront

The house is a cozy older waterfront home on Hood Canal awaits your visit. You will be blown away by the spectacular views you'll see of the beautiful canal through floor to ceiling windows when you walk in the front door. Come, sit by the fireplace and just relax, while enjoying watching eagles fly by or sea lions and seals and a rare whale sighting in the water. (Strict 6 Guest Limit & 2 Car Parking)
