The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Powlilea Cottage is a large, self-contained apartment, with a private entrance, attached to my home. There is adequate parking for 1 vehicle and access to my garden to sit and relax. The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
