This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
