This fully equipped 1930s house is full of character-guests often comment on how cosy it feels. Located in a family-friendly neighbourhood in north Amstelveen, it’s close to the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos &has excellent transport links to the airport (20 mins), Zuid (10 mins) &Amsterdam city centre (30 mins). Two cuddly, self-sufficient cats live here &simply need their food topped up (provided), making the home ideal for cat lovers. As this is a family home, we can host a maximum of four adults.

Het appartement bevindt zich in het souterrain van een monumentaal pand, waar je beschikking hebt over eigen privé verdieping. Op slechts 20 minuten van het vliegveld zijn aankomst en vertrek een soepele ervaring en het appartement bevindt zich op loopafstand van de bekendste musea van Amsterdam. Het appartement is van alle luxe en gemakken voorzien.

Unieke moderne studio in onze woonboot gelegen in het groen. Een verborgen en gekoesterde plek van Amsterdammers. De studio is in samenwerking met interieurarchitect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters) ontworpen en gebouwd door de eigenaren zelf. Alles is binnen handbereik. Loop, fiets of neem het openbaar vervoer de stad in of uit. We ontvangen graag gasten die het beste van Amsterdam willen ontdekken, zoals musea, restaurants, architectuur, parken, terrassen, etc.

Private Tiny house/studio near airport & Amsterdam

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. De accommodatie is in een rustige straat gelegen, het is maar 8 minuten met de tram (om de hoek) naar het Museumplein. Je beschikt over een woonkamer, een slaapkamer met een bed van 160x200 cm, een pantry, een badkamer met regendouche en een toilet, met volledige privacy. Voor een baby is er een campingbedje. In een van de leukste buurten van Amsterdam gelegen, met veel winkels, café's en restaurants en het Vondelpark om de hoek.

Aan de rand van het Amsterdamse bos, tussen de paardenlanden, kun je je heerlijk terugtrekken in dit stijlvolle en comfortabele appartement. Het appartement is ingericht als een tiny house met een fijne zithoek, klein keukentje met koelkast, een 2 persoons boxspring, een kleine zolderverdieping en een ruime douche. Vanaf het terras, kun je met je zelfgemaakte koffie heerlijk genieten van een mooi uitzicht op het Schinkelbos.
