Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Enjoy the heated pool and the charcoal grill or sit on the porch and watch the fun. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a study on the main floor and another bedroom with a queen bed and three more single beds downstairs. You could walk the three miles to Indiana University. Our favorite food co-op is just a mile from the house. So many things to do on campus or in town.

Hideaway Hollow - A Woodsy Getaway

Hideaway Hollow is a cozy, private guest suite attached to the owner's home. An old-school Airbnb experience, we offer a home away from home inside ours. Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

Secluded loft apartment

This unique hexagonal apartment has a private entrance, front and back decks, and attached sunken garden. As you enter you are welcomed into a cedar walled landing with a few steps down to a large den looking out onto the garden or up to the open two bedroom apartment. This is the perfect hideaway for a quiet visit in the hills of southern Indiana away from the the hustle and bustle of the city. This is not suitable for you to host extra guests and cars during your stay.

One Bdrm King Suite -Ground or Second Floor entry

Some units are ground floor entry and others are second floor entry which requires climbing a staircase. There is a King size bed in the bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with a stove top, and a full bath. You will have one suite in a building that has 2 suites with separate entrance and no indoor shared space. Non-refundable Pet fee = $50 plus taxes Credit card (not a debit or prepaid card) authorization of $150 required in case of incidentals.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

This is a large 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a stacked duplex (the ground level apartment is a completely separate unit). Each apartment has a private entrance and deck.
