This place is ideal one for those who doesn't want to be inside the city walls but likes to be near to the heart of events. I love my house because of the unique location and relaxing atmosphere. Lovely studio for two complete with a private entrance, private terrace with partial sea view, and use of shared (with hosts & other guests ) heated swimming pool. The 35m2 apartment has a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, separate seating (couch) area, cable TV, bathroom with washing machine and essentials, complimentary wi-fi, air-conditioning and separate seating on a private sunny terrace that is equipped with loudspeakers to listen to music of your choice.

The apartment is a located in a very peaceful area only 15-20 min walk from the historical Old town and Gruz port . The apartment is suitable for two persons, has a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In front of the apartment is a private terrace. NOTE: We have not a private parking place. It is very difficult to find free parking place / almost impossible/ in the street near apartment at moment you need. Parking for payment is cca 300-400 met from the apartment.
