Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, outdoor patio with a hot tub & two person sauna. The apartment is in a finished basement with a private exterior entrance. Downtown Nashville is about a 15 minute walk and Hard Truth Hills, The north entrance to the Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center are all just a short drive away.

In the cold , you can enjoy coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The Sanctuary.

A Stone's Throw in Little Nashville, IN

Located in Brown County just over a mile north (or "A Stone's Throw") of the quaint Village of Nashville, IN. Your home away from home is in a quiet rural neighborhood where you are just minutes from shopping, restaurants, art galleries, music venues and all kinds of outdoor activities. The owner lives full time in the upper level with her service dog Jessie but you will probably never see her unless they are out in the yard playing fetch or working in the garden.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
