Centrally located and a short trip to many events including Pella’s Tulip Time, Knoxville’s sprint car races, Newton’ s NASCAR races and the Iowa State Fair.

Owners live on the adjacent property; yet privacy between the homes. The driveway is shared between both homes. Walking trails available June-September.
