Two Queen Cottages are located a short walk, behind the main building of the Inn. For guests' convienence, there is a parking space next to each cottage and pathways to the back patio enterance of the Inn. The Queen Cottage Suite features two queen-sized beds in the bedroom. In the sitting room there is a trundle day bed that sleeps two. Each cottage has a private bath. All rooms are nonsmoking. Located 6 min. from Acadia, this oversized studio has 2 queen beds, full bath, is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave & Keurig. Bath has a shower/tub combo, and comes with linens, shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. Back door leads out to a spacious deck overlooking 20 acres with walking trails. Johns Island - on the water @ Bass Harbor Cottages

Johns Island is on the first floor of our historic three room Inn and has a wrap-around farmer's porch with a side-view across Bass Harbor. This room is street side and faces a meadow which is filled with lupines in the spring. Take the staircase to the shore, watch the tide change and look for your favorite shore bird - guillemots, loons and eagles are frequent visitors.
