It has fabulous views across the Bristol Channel, and is a the perfect retreat from busy daily life.

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Cosy, romantic en suite Shepherd's hut, with double bed and wood burning stove, set in a private orchard with garden on the edge of the village of Porlock. Private access. We do not provide breakfast but there is a fridge. We are 5 minutes walk to pubs and tea rooms and 10 minutes walk to beach. Tents can be pitched for children on request for a small extra fee. Tucked away in the centre of the village of Timberscombe, The Barn is an ideal location to explore Exmoor National Park. We are happy to accept one well trained, medium sized (e.g. labrador) dog, but please keep them off the furniture and do not leave them unattended.
