It’s a duplex house consisting of two Airbnbs in one house, there’s a private staircase upstairs to Airbnb, it has a private balcony, private kitchen and private bath. there is no living room or dinning room. It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.

This 1,500 Sqft. walkout basement with private entrance and patio in a nice neighborhood on flagged lot providing guest privacy. Well behaved pets welcomed. Hosts live on property should you need anything during your stay. You will be staying in the basement of our private home so you may hear footsteps and our dog. You are welcome to use the walking trails in the neighborhood.
