Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

Nicole’s Casa, Is set on its own in a beautiful garden, is a bright clean open plan place to rest and relax, warm in winter with central heating, we have a kitchen equipped with culinary & crockery ,fridge, microwave/oven and ceramic hob top. Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

The Barn comprises one king size bedroom and two single bedrooms, it has an open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen, a shower room and an outside terrace area. King size double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Linen is provided (also for one child if required). There is a small outside seating area, free parking with an optional car charging facility.

Access in the winter can be limited.

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
