We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

A spacious and bright one bedroom studio apartment located in Waltham Abbey. This property benefits from a large living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and free parking. The local supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away and just a short walk to the historic market town centre of Waltham Abbey with a lovely array of shops and Lee Valley Country Park. A 5 minute drive to Junction 26 of the M25 or a 10 minute drive takes you to Waltham Cross Station (traffic dependant).

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. Beautifully modernised and very clean 2-bedroom space on the first floor, including a private bathroom and full kitchen. The 1st-floor landing is shared with one lodger who lives above and is mostly away. I live downstairs with my daughter and we never go upstairs while hosting, so your privacy is respected. Please note: fits up to 4 guests; if only 1 guest is booked, bedroom 1 will be locked.
