With kitchen, lounge, 1200m2 garden with pavillon, barbecue - a paradise! Owner lives upstairs - but we ONLY share entrance and staircase! Pets welcome! Small parties are ok, but with SILENCE outdoors after 10PM! Prices fix.

Das Anwesen liegt im Naturschutzgebiet - öffentliche Badeplätze, joggen, spazieren & die Natur geniessen. Enten, Schwäne und Singvögel begrüssen dich am Morgen. Plane Ausflüge in die Stadt , besuche Museen & Sehenswürdigkeiten. (Zürich 15 min/ Luzern 40 min/ Bern 50 min) Erhole dich im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, bei einer Tasse Bio Tee. Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.
