It's not only a space for rent, is our 2nd home away from the crowded city! We refurbished this 50sqm apartment with love for our own holidays and we thought why not share it when we're busy? It's 5 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. The quiet and private neighbourhood is perfect for families and young people. Our flat has a 180 degrees view to the city and also to Tampa. It has a fairly big common space, one bedroom and one bathroom suitable for either couples or groups up to 4.

The property has a private garden with a quiet place to enjoy the coffee while looking over Tampa and also a place to make barbecue. FREE PARKING You can park the car in the private garden.
