York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

This expansive first-floor king suite offers an exceptional stay with a private deck overlooking the perennial gardens and the Governor John Langdon Historical House. Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area. Call this room home while you also enjoy daily housekeeping and amenities that include an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, Bigelow bath products, Matouk Linens, plush pillow-top mattress, hypoallergenic down bedding, Bluetooth clock radio with charging station, in-room climate control, Wifi and cable TV.

Oceanfront studio with one queen bed and a queen sleep sofa OR one queen bed and a queen size Murphy bed located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Hampton Beach center - an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to all activities, restaurants and shops. This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.

The Elms - Cumberland Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The Cumberland room has two queen beds, private bathroom with shower stall, and closet. The room is defined in character by the large imperial rug. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Lamie's Inn & The Old Salt Tavern : 1 Queen Bed

Cozy Colonial Style Inn & Restaurant. 1 Q bed - (May have a canopy or may not) Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bath, small fridge & microwave, complementary WIFI, and includes continental breakfast. Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining. Guests are asked to provide a credit card at check in for a refundable $50 deposit.

These rooms glow with wrap-around daylight and carry the character of a bygone era re-imagined for modern comfort with function at the forefront.

This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.
