Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

My husband and I live on site with our family and have lived in Woodland for over 15 years. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located casita / in-law suite. The space has its own private entrance, 1 bedroom with comfy queen bed, 1 full bath, kitchen, full size washer and dryer and a sofa that pulls out to a bed. Near Davis (10 minutes to UC Davis), Sacramento and the Sacramento International Airport (15 mins).

This bright and spacious studio has it's own entrance and private patio. It includes a full bath, New Zealand queen bed (oversized US queen), kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, french press, refrigerator), and work space. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with several grocery stores and shopping centers within a 10 minute walk. UCDavis is about 10 minutes by bike, and there are buses available within a few blocks.
