Room２ is a sunny room on the second floor with 1 single bed. We recommend you to stay alone, but up to 2 members can stay with futon on the floor. 心が温まる宮島の古民家

宮島の町家通りから一本通りを入ったところにある「ゲストハウス心」。 　玄関の暖簾をくぐると、京都の長屋の料亭を思い出すような竹壁で、踏み石で中庭に導かれていく粋な演出。中庭も白玉石とこけのバランスがきれいで、落ち着いた雰囲気に一役買っている。リビングからも中庭が見えるようにガラス戸を配してある。 　庭を介して宿泊者だけが泊まれる棟になっており、誰にも気兼ねすることはない。外から見ると普通の民家なのだが、一歩踏み入れると、別の雰囲気になり宿の魅力に繋がっている。聞けば、先代の主人は昔から庭いじりが好きで、趣味も幅広かったとのこと。ただ、冒頭のように最初は宿をはじめる気はなかったので、風呂の設備はない（シャワー有り。）のだが、周辺の宿を外湯として利用できる。1階がリビング、2階は二間続きの和室が寝室になっていて、6名までならゆっくりと滞在できる。 　中庭に「心」とこけの中に白い石で敷き詰めた文字がある。昔、庭師が遊び心で造ったもので、宿の名前の由来になっている。心を込めてもてなし、滞在する人に心を落ち着けて時間を過ごして欲しいと願っているという。

広島駅から南へタクシーで10分程度です。中心部にアクセスのよい便利な住宅街の4階建てビルです。 その３・4階がわたくしたちの住宅（朝食付きゲストハウス）です。 平和公園・中心部八丁堀まで各徒歩25分程度。（自転車貸し出しあり） Our house is located a 10-minute taxi ride from Hiroshima Station to the south. It is a 4-storied building in a convenient residential area with good access to the down town. The 3rd and 4th floors are our residences(guest house with breakfast). It takes about 25 minutes on foot to the Peace Park , downtown from our house. (Bicycle rental available)

静かな海岸線と、カフェ＆ギャラリー併設の旅籠「藍間」が暮らしに「間」を提供してくれます。 ここ藍間の魅力は、第一にその景色と環境で、二つに郊外としては交通の便の良さ。三つ目には地域の食材を生かした朝食です。 「富海」はあまり聞きなれない方も多いかもしれませんが、1890年に来日したウェールズ出身の英国王立地理学会員であり、英国国教会のエドワード・ ガントレット牧師の教育活動において縁深い地であり、その経緯あってか現在も日本のカントリーサイドとしては珍しく、小学校では英語教育が市内で最も盛んな地域と国際色強く、 海外と日本とを繋ぐ歴史上重要な地域です。 エドワードガントレット牧師はこの地に住み、富海の美しさにあまりに感銘を受けて、彼の働きによって富海海岸は山口県内でも夏場は海水浴場として有名となり、今でも夏場は地 元の海水浴客で賑わいますが、それ以外の季節では非常に落ち着いた雰囲気で静かにゆっくりと過ごすことができます。
