The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Enjoy the peaceful evenings on the verandah watching the birds or get out and sample the amazing south west beaches, wineries, local produce and stunning landscape.
