In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Surrounded by attractive open fields, the area provides a tranquil setting while remaining within easy reach of the vibrant spa town of Cheltenham, known for its excellent shopping, dining and renowned festivals. The historic centres of Gloucester and Tewkesbury are also close by, providing a range of amenities.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

A peaceful and spacious 1200 sqft two bed apartment taking up the entire top floor of our eight bedroomed Regency Villa, on one of central Cheltenham's finest residential roads. Perfectly situated and providing the best of both worlds : a short stroll, 0.8 miles, to the shops, bars and restaurants of Cheltenham, combined with a relaxing private garden and heated swimming pool. The Cotswold Way, for walking trails, is close by. A great base for girls weekends, families, and couples.

The Moretons Farmhouse

Welcome to The Moretons Farm House, a self-catering cottage accommodating 2–14 ; situated on the outskirts of Bredon village in the Cotswolds, 10 miles from Cheltenham and 50 miles from Oxford. On-site facilities include heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, five acres of gardens, play area and children's playhouse. In season, mini golf, croquet and badminton are available. Prices include gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. All cottages are non-smoking and we do not accept pets.

A characterful Cotswolds coach house overlooking the National Trust Tithe Barn, with two bedrooms and mature private gardens with a beautiful duck pond and heated pool. The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. An easy escape from London that works year-round. Autumn walks, cosy winter retreats, spring gardens and heated pool May to September. Dogs welcome.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
