You will be only 30 minutes away from the vibrant towns of Brighton on the east side and 20 min from Chichester on the west. You will find local pubs nearby and attractions like The Goodwood estate and Fontwell racecourse, known for their festivals.

Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed. The property is available for short stays until end of February 2026 and after that for longer stays of over four weeks.
