One bedroom self-contained basement apartment right on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to downtown Fergus. Beautiful downtown Elora, Elora Gorge Conservation Area and Belwood Lake Conservation Area are all within a ten minute drive.
