You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Suburban Beachfront private guesthouse with car space. Airport is 17.5km or 30mins in good traffic. 300m opposite Greenhills Beach. Various entry points, some easier than others. The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Fogo @ Ethel & Ode’s

Self contained studio for two, bath, kitchen, private deck, Tesla charger ... This gorgeous seaside escape is an adults only retreat for singles or couples wanting to escape from the world. Tucked away on the E&O property, Fogo offers absolute waterfront views and privacy. Equipped with kitchen, ensuite and its own private deck - you will never want to leave! Tesla charger is available by prior arrangement.

Cozy & comfortable cabin with water vistas

The cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a large bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Heater. Weber gas BBQ, hammock & comfy outdoor setting on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum except Easter Weekend with a 3 night minimum.

Bundeena Beach Shack with view.

Bundeena Beach Shack is a 1950's fibro cabin with a view over Simpson's Bay. The shack is situated high above the beach and has a new deck with an outside bath. Part of the deck is undercover and there is a table, chairs, a gas BBQ. The beach is a few minutes walk along the bush track across the road.
