Cleaning charge is a one-time fee. When renting to more than 6, each additional person is an additional $50 with an additional cleaning fee of $60. Parties under 6 may use bunkhouse for extra $60 cleaning fee.

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers.
