Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Built in 1927, this charming home has just enough room to be comfortable for sleeping and lounging. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, charcoal grill in back porch for cook out or plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. The backyard has a garden and fenced in area for dogs to play. Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. This is the downstairs of a brand new green built duplex, on the future Woodfin greenway which will connect with the French Broad River recreational area. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed in the living area that can be made private with a room divider curtain. We are right off of 19/23 and Interstate 26, 5 minutes to downtown Asheville and 5 minutes to Weaverville. The kitchen has a microwave and a cooktop, no oven.
