You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Enjoy a peaceful night by the fire in the evenings. Walk in the woods. Staying in a secluded country setting, you may see cute little deer, turkey, foxes, squirrels an occasional skunk. At our country backroad cottage we have bear and coyotes may be heard howling and hunting the woods at night. Enjoy country living😍

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

It is the perfect place to host a family, but NOT handicapped-friendly as there are steps leading up into all the entrances in the house. In country scenery, it is surrounded by woods and fields. The large yard’s bordered by a pasture with goats.Treats are available to feed them. NO SMOKING!! Price listed includes 2 adults.
