Woodbury is only a 5 minutes from Junction 30 of the M5 and only 15 minutes from Exeter airport. The cottage offers a beach-house feel with contemporary interior with a king size bedroom and en-suite shower room, light and bright living space, well equipped kitchen, sun room and small outside decked area.

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.
