Our historic home (1895) is adjacent to the Grove Park golf course. We have beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a swimming pool, and are close to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the Grove Park Inn. Our private downstairs suite has its own path and entrance with a lockbox. It includes a bedroom, living room, and bathroom (see details in "the space"). Come relax, explore, and enjoy the views, patios, and sunsets. Pet friendly.

Less than 2 miles from Hatley Pointe Ski Resort! All the whimsy and excitement of a mountain treehouse with the comfort of a modern home. This “roundette” is perched nearly a mile above sea level, surrounded by towering spruce and fir trees, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Though it’s a quick 40 minute drive to the vibrant Asheville downtown, it truly feels like a private wilderness oasis. 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter months. Read more under "guest access".

A short walk to the Appalachian Trail, Big Bald Mountain trail, and the Tennessee border. A short drive to Wolf Laurel Ski slopes and 45 mins to Asheville. Just 5 miles from Downtown and 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Uber and Lyft frequently used by guests and the cottage is easy to find. Lucky W Cottage has an inviting and homey feel. Take a swim in the pool and a walk around the farm or sit by the fire and gaze at the mountains.
