Beautifully renovated with all original features of a double brick home . Feel at home with all the comforts required during your stay. With a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and a variety of Teas ,Fully enclosed yard with hills hoist and cottage garden. Open plan living and dining,Formal lounge to relax , sit back and enjoy complimentary Netflix &WIFI,3 bedrooms one with Queen bed, 1 with Double and 1 with 2 singles that can be made into a double . Bright and open house on a quiet street in beautiful Beechworth. Less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Beechworth and Lake Sambell. Plenty of parks, hikes and bike trails at your door step. Peaceful outdoor seating overlooking garden where you can drink your morning coffee and listen to birds singing. Secure yard for doggos. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people however I have a sofa bed that can sleep another two if required. Please note the house is lived in part of the year by me 😊

The Tiny House in Rutherglen is not actually that tiny, it has an outdoor deck and bath, and a super cosy bedroom. There's also another deck with a hammock where you can relax under a palm tree. The space is unique with a chilled vibe; think of a cross between Melbourne and Bali. It's a hidden oasis that is only a one-minute walk to all three pubs, wine bars, restaurants and the supermarket. It's quirky and unique and not your typical house, but I love it, and I hope you do too.

This cottage, named Alice Harding after the well known peony cultivar, is set amongst an established garden with oaks, Japanese maples, liquid ambers, claret ash and tulip trees. The setting provides a great place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying all that this area has to offer.
