This bright one bedroom apartment is located on the backside of a large and historical boathouse just a few blocks from the downtown area and features a permanent dock for use. Located in a no-wake zone, the dock is perfect for fishing or tying up a boat overnight. Also close to walking and snowmobile paths, the Boathouse Bungalow is the ultimate retreat for exploring!
