It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. There is NO stove or oven. But we do have a grill and picnic table for outdoor cookouts. The guest house has one shared wall with the main house.
