Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Look at the stars at night,listen to birds during the day and take it easy at this unique,pet friendly place. The Tired Beagle is a repurposed Dog Grooming business. There is a Q-bed and Futon Bed with a thick foam pad to place on top. Dog wash is available for pets. Located on a working farm in the country,yet a couple miles from Ohio University,there are 40 acres for nature walks,easy access to town and local wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking, located next to road for quick access.

Cozy Farm Cabin

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. Nothing but stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Frazier’s Cabin

Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that there is another cabin 67 ft apart. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

Sweet Peace Forest is a secluded nature retreat located in Southeast Ohio. It is 30 minutes from Athens and 20 minutes from Pomeroy. It exudes warmth and nature from the 30 acre forest where it sits, to the ponds, to the carefully crafted and recently remodeled home. No matter which way you look, there's something pleasing to the eye and soothing to the soul.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!
