The property will serve all your horse needs with (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage, (2) 30x30 pens, and a large arena. Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

This charming 760 sq ft casita on 3 acres, features a full kitchen with an abundance of knotty alder cabinets equipped with all the cooking essentials. The living room offers a reclining couch and 55 in tv. 2 bedrooms offer a Queen adjustable bed and two twin beds with a washer and dryer, 1 bathroom with walk in tile shower. Stay a night or week and enjoy what Wickenburg has to offer. Horse stalls and turnout areas are available with a separate fee from Casita rental.
