Ennerdale with its beautiful remote & deep glacial lake, is only 5 miles away.

Ada’s Cottage is a seaside property based in the West Lake District/West Cumbria. The cottage backs onto the beach and is in a peaceful little village with 3 country pubs and cafe. The village also boasts the La’al Ratty; a famous Lake District steam railway. The property sleeps 4 people in 2 rooms- One double & One Twin. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.

We are a stones throw from the stunning Wasdale Valley with Wastwater being named Britains best view and also home to Englands highest mountain- Scafell Pike. Perfect for couples or a family with 2 children under 13. Maximum 2 adults. As we are a working farm there will be animals and working machinery around the farm.
