The Stillwater House is located in open fields on the bank of the Stillwater River. To the North, West and East are expansive vistas of fields and mountains as far as the eye can see. Although the Stillwater House is only 12 minutes from downtown Whitefish and Kalispell shopping, it has a secluded feeling as though it is in a world of its own.

Our home is in Woods Bay, a small community near Flathead Lake. The suite where our guests stay is the back portion of our house with its own entrance. It consists of a porch, a bedroom, a private bathroom, a sitting room and a Pavillon outdoors with a grill and space for cooking. The sitting room includes a desk, a tele and comfy love seat as well as Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a small refrigerator. It is just a short walk to the community beach, or several pubs, even a small market.
