Come and unwind at our 'intimate piece of paradise!' We started building this cabin in 2022, with the dream of having a personal get away spot. Everything you see is handcrafted by myself, wife and our two kids. There's amenities that we think everyone will love, including: heated floors, heated towel rack, bath tub on the front porch, huge windows and so much more! Please note: this private lake is for trolling motors and paddles only, no gas powered motors permitted

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

Brown's Creek Cottage - park up to 3 boat trailers

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Come relax in our cottage on beautiful Shoals Creek. Enjoy your private cottage located on the same property as the owner's home, but with plenty of space in between for privacy. Brightly decorated with a full bath, kitchen and bedroom. Plus, two futons that make out into full size beds. Great swimming and fishing off the pier. Just 12 miles from downtown Florence if you'd like to visit or stay and totally relax on the lake.
