Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

We are 400m from sea and 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Beautifully restored townhouse in centre of town, literally a stones throw to the Opera House and all the shops, restaurants and pubs within a short stroll. Extremely private patio garden to rear which has the old town wall as part of its boundary. The patio walls are uplit at night and provide a lovely atmospheric private space to enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. Parking is available nearby in Rowe Street car park €9 per 24 hrs. Free parking off High Street from 18.30 to 8.30 am.

Chapel Lodge is a charming residence on a private setting with ample parking and a large wrap around garden. There is a mature hedge to the front of the property with gates. The rest of the garden is surrounded with fencing. Chapel Lodge is positioned in a rural location between the villages of Kilmore (3km) and the seaside/ fishing village of Kilmore Quay (2.5km). Ideally situated close to local beaches, grocery shops, bars and restaurants. Wexford Town is approximately 20km away.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Lovely old farmhouse with wood burning stoves and an aga, perfectly located for touring the south east or heading to the ferry.The main Waterford / Wexford road is just 5 minutes away (20 minutes to Wexford town) and the Enniscorthy bypass can be reached in ten minutes. The house is ideally situated for a quick stop heading to or from the ferry in Rosslare, as it is approx 30 minutes away , or stay a bit longer and see all that Wexford has to offer.

Tinnaberna View: Beautiful bungalow on a very spacious site with picturesque countryside views all around. Very sunny patio and living room / kitchen area with sea view. 15 minutes walk to Tinnabearna Beach, very quiet road. The house is very warm, built with the newest energy standards. We have fast unlimited Internet and a big LG SmartTV (65"). Weekly bookings only in July & August.
