Hunter House - Self Catering in Cederberg

The Hunter House is a private holiday home in the Cederberg that is surrounded by blossoms, flowers and Namaqualand daisies in the spring. Summer brings the sound of the sun beetles and fresh peaches next to your holiday home. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. Winter brings the snow on the beautiful hiking mountains. Guest farm campsite at main river. No Wifi. No towels.

Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a gas geyser and solar power.

Please note you need to go down (and back up) 90 stairs to the property. Shanglira is set on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ! The fourth bedroom and bathroom being a separate flatlet ! Pool decks , sunsets , barbecues etc are what you want here! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines washing machine tumble dryer dishwasher ! Bathrooms all have shower gels etc for you also free unlimited purified water! Pl remember we have doggie beds as well xx NO pets live on the property! But yours are welcome

Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.
